Give love to yourselves, in a respectfull way not a conceited way and love will come to you ten fold, as you do this send the energies that you feel flow through you out to the universe, which says your wish is my command, there for if you look to the bad and think in negative ways the universe also says your wish is my command. You literally are what you think. Give thanks and gratitude for every thing and person around you, for you are magnificent

Having recently read a fantastic book called The Secret, just over 3 weeks ago my sugar levels have drastically improved. I now aim to improve my health and diabetes further, just by using the priciples in the book. Judith xx

Healing thoughts for,my cousin Mally whose, husband recently died from a heart attack while playing a charity golf match, and also for my cousin richard Perry who drown of the coast on the Isle of White, whilst out sailing with his girlfriend last year. It made national news headlines, he has never been found since, but his family have raised £4.000 for the RNLI, who searched for three days to try to find Richards Body xxxx

I would like to ask for healing thoughts to go out to my best friends father who was in a very serious motor cycle accident on fathers day and is in hospital receiving a lot of medical treatment. Please send thoughts, to help him cope with this life changing occurance and also thoughts of strength for my best friend and her family.xx Kelly
